Organise a clean-up

Do you want to play an active part in making the Brussels‑Capital Region and your local area a cleaner and more pleasant place to live? As a group or organisation (charity, school, citizen group, etc.),you are free to carry out and organise clean‑ups in your neighbourhood.

We’ll provide all the supplies you need for a successful clean‑up!

How do I organise a clean‑up?

To help you easily organise your clean-up, we’ve provided a form for you to complete online. It’s easy: simply select your target area, and your chosen date and time.
A Bruxelles‑Propreté employee will then get in touch.

What’s a clean-up kit?

Our kits are designed to allow you to work comfortably, efficiently and safely.

Ambassadors receive free kits which they can collect locally. For larger scale clean-up initiatives, Bruxelles-Propreté provides kits to charities, schools and citizen groups.

Each kit includes:

  • A clean-up vest
  • A roll of bags for non-recyclables (white)
  • A roll of PMC bags for recyclables (blue)
  • Litter pickers
  • A pair of gloves
  • A digital scale

You can request up to 50 vests and 16 litter pickers.
